"It was a great stay!"

The hotel was beautiful. The Link to the crown center was really nice! It was quiet! We barely saw any other people. And the staff was super friendly.

We could not get it cool enough in our room. We were on the 22nd floor and it was just sooo hot in there. We turned the thermostat down but it wouldn’t get cool. That is our only complaint.

How big and the things to do

I didn’t like that I had to find out everything for my self. , on top of tht I smoke so walking a half mile to the parking garage is annoying exaughsting

"Jade at the front desk was awesome!!"

This was our annual Grandkids trip. We were checked in by Jade. She was a warm professional person. She assisted us care and laughs. We were a little stressed upon arriving and Jade made things smooth for us. We were able to see an amazing 4th of July display that we will never forget. Please know that Jade made this trip for us.
