this is a great convention hotel! staff, location, amenities, etc. plenty of restaurants within walking distance (even some that accomodate large groups with gluten free eaters!) the kids enjoy the indoor pool as well.

The checkin staff was very accommodating. The van service was not!😡

The shuttle/van service. I made my reservation for 6:45pm and was in the lobby at that time, the driver however was there at 6pm. He was upset that he waited so long for me and made me walk over to the van near the parking garage! BTW it was freezing that night!
