"Outstanding customer service in New Brunswick"

This is a terrific facility in New Brunswick. I've stayed here often and the service I receive is consistently excellent. From the servers in the restaurant to the outstanding Front Desk staff (ask for Ellie in the morning, she's a gem!) everyone there goes out of their way to make sure they exceed your needs and expectations.

"They need new sheets because what they use are terrible!"

The Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The pool, gym and hot tub was excellent and relaxing. The hotel is large with a lot of rooms. My only and largest complaint is the sheets on the bed are terrible. They are so hard, my fiancé and I didn't get a good night sleep because we couldn't get comfortable due to the sheets being so hard and feeling like plastic.

Great hotel at a great location in New Brunswick, NJ. You can't go wrong with this hotel, with tons of dining options within a walking distance. I loved the grand lounge area and the bar. Would love to come back again.

"Stay away from room 541"

Do NOT stay in a room by the elevator. There is a mechanical sound day and night that is terrible. It sounds like a leaf blower turning on and off every few minutes. These rooms should be off limits to guests! I would have switched rooms but I’m only staying two nights and it’s very hard to move all my stuff. Going to go buy ear plugs now!
