"Bad experience and bad staff"

The staff is very rude! And the guy that works there in the morning is disrespectful and treats their customers like crap. The lady that works there in the morning is nice but he is not. The elevator doesn't work and you have to carry all your stuff upstairs. I went out one of the doors and it is broke too. It wouldn't shut after I went through it and I had to notify the front desk. I had a problem with Booking .com and them and they refused to talk to booking about my reservation even though I had booking on the phone and they were trying to charge me double price for a room I had not even gotten in yet. A lot of confusion that could of just gotten resolved but they we're not helpful at all. While I was trying to figure out what was going on with the booking and then they made me go outside and wouldn't even let me sit in the lobby to figure out what I could do and it was super windy that day. Nothing on the website said anything about a deposit, which I couldn't even cancel the reservation to go somewhere else without being double charged and no extra money to get another hotel so I had to just end up staying there and paying the deposit anyway otherwise I would of been double charged for the room and still pay the deposit. I was out of pocket so it was just not a good overall experience that I had and I had stayed there before and didn't pay a deposit then but the guy said they always had that there..so I do not know..

Staff was on speakerphone with personal calls every time I dealt with them, coughed on me and wife and room keys, and I am still waiting on nearly $300 in refunds promise, 15 days later. Also, television was 20 years old and barely worked, grime in bathtub, and elevator didnt work.
