Easy access to 26. Dylan was very attentive to our request and was proactive in asking if all was ok with room. Breakfast was good. Appreciated fresh fruit and variety. Attendants were on the ball and keeping everything stocked. Greeted you each morning. Housekeeping was very good and pleasant. No Staffing shortage which is surprising in today’s service environment. Nice to see staff available and pleasant. Nice to have access to lake.

Access to lake was challenging for someone with mobility issues. Found a walkway ramp later to exit rather than steps. Signage to indicate ramp/incline sidewalk access would be helpful to those who need it. Please clean sofa in room 401. It is stained and not pleasant to look at - I covered sofa with extra blanket.
