Excellent apartment!! Very clean and decent with spacious sitting room and bedrooms.

Liked everything, spacious apartment, the entrance is clean, the apartment was also clean, even there was no dust behind the beds, everything was not circulated in the kitchen, there were also large beds with good mattresses

apartments are located on the last floor and do not have an elevator (but since we left in the morning and returned in the evening, it was not difficult for us to get up with a child of 5 years

The location was terrific, right in Vegueta and close to many of the interesting sites in Triana and Las Palmas. There is a bus stop close by that has buses that go to most parts of the island. There is also a Sitycleta station nearby, where you can use a bike-share system within the city of Las Palmas. For these reasons, we did not need to rent a car. The Colon apartment was clean, bright and very comfortable. It was quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed (including a very nice Senseo coffee machine). It was a lovely place to come "home" to after a busy day of visiting Gran Canaria. Highly recommended place, particularly for an extended visit.

Local area was really nice with plenty of character. 1 hour walk to Las Palmas main beach, but a quick cheap bus ride on a number 12 bus. Excellent communication from the hosts via WhatsApp

Lovely spacious apartment with three good sized double bedrooms. Comfortable bed. Good sized lounge/dining area with big TV. Well equipped kitchen area. Large modern toilet/shower room. Excellent condition throughout. Quiet area with a five minute walk to Plaza Santa Ana and ten minutes to Triana area. Lots of small local cafes in the area and a bus stop at the end of the street if you want to go explore further afield.
