Pricey hotel with below average service. No water in the room was quite appalling. Even Courtyard my Marriot at $200 a night has water but this was $500. I would not stay here again.

What it was a wonderful stay for a BUSINESS CONFERENCE turned into an inconvenience for this hotel excess of charges and ridiculous “policy”. Some properties love to say NO to people and this one is one of them. From a rude (or not friendly to say the least) lady at the FedEx/business center where you get charged $24 for every packaged delivered or sent to a front desk associate who tonight told me that they couldn’t hold a peers laptop because of their “policy”. You cannot be a business hotel if you overcharge customers for basic services AND you cannot support business people for basic asks. Never staying here again.

spent 4 days here to have some fun in Chi-town! this hotel is perfectly placed to do all within walking distance. This place is alive, always something going on from resturaunts to bars. Super awesome staff, clean comfy rooms. We will be back
