We over the valet workers. We travel a LOT and this was the fastest valet we have experienced - every time we requested it was ready by the time we got downstairs. CJ was hustling to make sure people were loading efficiently and made it seamless during the rush hour of checkout. He kept our young girls safe in the traffic too. Overall our rooms struggling with loud AC, we were never told we had to request housekeeping to come if we wanted it, and our bathtub water pressure was non existent and took forever to warm up.
