Worst ever experience i had in my last 25 years of using Hyatt hotels .. i been in in all around Europe Hyatt branches, middle east Braches.. Africa branches but never faces so rude check in experience by the most unprofessional lady .. the strange thing that she and her OM never had there name tags and the receptionist didn't even had her official dress like all other receptionist ! it was sad the Operation Manger who was standing beside this unprofessional receptionist didnt even tried to stop her or instruct her to be professional ! i had to make an upgrade to get my room since i was so tired after 16 hours flight and the rude receptionist juts said the rule say we will not give u the room before 4pm with very depressing face expression .. during my stay i had to call many times since no food menue and not even the scanning code paper was missing and they got to get it ! they forgot house keeping tell i called !

Clean comfortable and convenient for walking places.

Facilities were fine, however the person checking us in wasn’t knowledgeable or needed more training. However another employee’s help and professionalism made up for the poor check-in experience.
