Spent two nights here for an event at the convention center across the street. While an older hotel itappears to have been recently renovated and is well maintained. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful, very large lobby area to meet colleagues or snack on items from their “grab and go” marketplace / coffee bar. My 10th floor corner room was in good condition and offered a good night sleep. Shower and water pressure were solid and there are tons of restaurants and places to walk in close proximity. If returning to Cincinnati, while I might be more likely to stay in one of the many properties that occupy old, storied Art Deco buildings, that’s simply a personal preference as the Hyatt has a lot of good things going for it. Only comment is that your room key is required to operate the elevators. While many downtown hotels use similar technology, the Hyatt’s operated inconsistently.

I liked the location and the 24 hr market in the lobby.

Enjoyed the Bodega. Having post concert snacks right there was fantastic.

Nice hotel with great location for the half marathon. Service was good and everyone was friendly. The only issue is that the phone didn’t work in our room. We told the front desk and they said we could use the phone in the hallway. That was ok, but it would have been nice to have a working phone in the room.

It was the perfect location to the event we were attending The Flying Pig Half Marathon and 5K races. We also loved the 24/7 store located in the lobby! The staff their was fantastic friendly and very helpful. They had everything we needed to have a relaxing evening with hot water for my tea and decaf coffee for my husband. Highly recommend!

parking was tricky but the garage across the street was convenient and easy to navigate

Lovely staff, but the headboard of one of the beds was damaged and the carpet needs to be replaced.

Great location! Beautiful lobby and nice rooms. Market downstairs is a nice feature. Service was great. Staff was very good. Quiet room for the most part. Our shower did not drain well so we'd be standing in 6 inches of water. Lights in bathroom went out but they fixed it that afternoon. No microwave which would have been great. Cheaper hotels offer microwave and fridge. Also, nice to have the Keurig machine for coffee but it would be nice to have more than 2 regular coffee pods and not have to pester staff for more pods. Again, cheaper hotels offer free coffee in the lobby all day for their customers. However, the location was great and these are just my minor preferences and concerns.
