Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, warm and welcoming ambience, great hospitality, complete room facilities, central location - just next door to Wisma Merdeka, walking distance to Suria Sabah, Gaya Street Market and many good restaurants!

Perfect location- markets, waterfront, jetty to the islands, shopping and restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel is amazing, so were the breakfasts. Lots of space as well.

La vue de la piscine : donne sur une route L odeur très désagréable dans les couloirs La salle de bain qui ferme ( mal) avec des lourdes portes en bois pas pratique et pas terrible pour l intimité

"Nice, up to standard hotel"

We got a free upgrade for our room, the room was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of sockets in the room for us to charge our equipment. Too bad I made mistake booking a room without sea view, I expect the view to be exceptional.

We had to pay for the parking and the parking was a bit small and we had to climb a few steps of ladder to reach the lobby. Luckily our luggage were small.

"Decent value for money"

The location was great and the staff were really friendly. The pool was also really good.

Unfortunately the hallway and our bedroom smelt quite strongly of cigarette smoke. The breakfast selection was not great for westerners & vegetarians.
