Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino

As the non-skier in a skiing family, I was over driving to/from the ski resorts in the snow and then spending the day alone is a condo/house rental with no services close by. So, we opted to spend our February break at the Hyatt in Incline. It was awesome! The ski rentals on site and free shuttle to Diamond Peak ski resort made everything so easy! I was worried with the work being done on the hotel that it would be unfinished or not all amenities would be available, but our room was lovely, the restaurants on-site gave us plenty of options and our daughters spent a good amount of time in the warm swimming pools post skiing. And, everyone who worked there was lovely! Despite the blizzard-like conditions outside for part of our trip, we felt safe and well cared-for at the Hyatt in Incline.

Location, location, location. With once in 5 year snow storm coming, the location makes the ski/snowboard experience at Diamond Peak really Diamon level. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly blending rustic charm with upscale comfort. The staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Incline Village itself is a delightful town, offering a wonderful variety of activities, dining, and outdoor experiences. A truly memorable stay.

Was expecting for from a luxury resort. Parking was $50 a day for valet, not too many choices for food, and no activities!

An absolutely spectacular setting at Lake Tahoe, complemented by a beautifully appointed hotel with an elegant yet cozy wooden lodge ambiance. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly blending rustic charm with upscale comfort. The staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Incline Village itself is a delightful town, offering a wonderful variety of activities, dining, and outdoor experiences. A truly memorable stay.

This was the best experience we’ve had in a long time! We stayed here for our anniversary, and the staff did an excellent job providing great customer service. Specifically, Camron at the front desk and Justin from the restaurant were both amazing. The Front Desk Manager, Juan, upgraded our room, which was such a nice gesture. My wife and kids were so happy to have a room with such a beautiful view. The property has a lot to offer, and my kids really enjoyed their time at the pool. The food was amazing, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning next year!

I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency at Lake Tahoe. Usually the resort fee feels like a scam but here there are plenty of activities that you can do that are included in the daily fee. The Adventure Team has activities planned all day for all ages and skill levels so there's always something to do. They can also help you plan or book an activity on your own. I was fortunate to have activities guided by Mckenzie and Justin who both knew a lot about the area and were able to provide more context to the beautiful scenery. I never thought I'd get to go snow shoeing - but I did under the moonlight for a truly magical experience. They even give you a s'mores kit when you check in so you can enjoy the fire. Every member of the staff was friendly and provided the best service. In the evenings I recommend watching the sunset and the dogs from the beach across the street. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to return.

The area this hotel is in has nothing to do after 6, and the shops charge double for everything. You need to drive 20 minutes to find reasonably priced items. It gets extremely busy everywhere. Pools are extremely crowded, and there is only 1 fireplace, which one family hogs all night long. Not friendly to diverse families.

If you’re skiing within the area such as: Diamond peak or Mt. Rose, I highly recommend staying here! Friendly staff, no wild crowd - just peaceful and calm. Within 8 mins drive to DP and 15 to Mt. rose. Shuttle service to DP every 30 mins. Pool and jacuzzis are a nice way to end the evening! Would highly recommend.

Great service great food and activities, definitely worth the time and money! location is very convenient to lake beaches and diamond peak ski.

Loved our stay. We tried all the different adventures tours offered by the hotel and had a blast. Staff is very welcoming and always smiling. Ryan Mckanzee was our tour guide for Chickadee Ridge Trail and that tour alone is why we would go back alone. But we also did archery, yoga and pasta making and all of them were equally as good. Breakfast is good and dinner at the restaurant was also nice. We got a complimentary upgrade on our room with an amazing view of snow covered mountains. We will definitely visit again.
