Positives: decent location across the river from Georgetown and a 10-15 minute drive to Smithsonian area, metro nearby, polite employees, clean rooms, comfortable bed but loud sheets Negatives; Tiny lobby with one table so nowhere to sit with a group, small rooms with just a desk and one chair, breakfast not included, elevators very slow/ not working, windows need sound proofing-front side of hotel has loud clanking noise from metal on street, back side has noise of planes heading to airport- difficult to sleep on either side unless you’re a heavy sleeper Bottom line- over priced for what you get
