"Nice and coveniant"

Beautiful location, nice beds and coveniant

The on site restaurant service was terrible. Our room was missing the chair at the desk, and a night stand drawer wouldn’t stay closed

Beautiful Area. Easy access to everything.

We got a room that overlooked the parking lot. This is not what we ordered. Our room was disability friendly, I guess based on availability, not that this would have been a problem - However, it was apparent from the rusty shower curtain rod to the dirty lamp bases that its' cleanliness was not a priority. We were there when the hurricane had just left so most guests were staying by the pool, not on the beach. Limited staff at the bar, and when food was delivered to guests by the pool, dirty dishes were left for hours, which was not great.

"relaxing place to enjoy the beach!"

the beauty of the Ocean! the sound of the waves. the pool was clean and very nice. pool deck great. the shower was very nice, bedding. hotel very clean. coffee pods in room were nice but needed double amount.- only gave you a small cup per person.... very little for the resort fee they charge.

the hot tub interior edge was dirty. it needed scrubbing. the balcony needed mopping also, i had to wear my flip flops to keep feet clean. and the worst was the air conditioner return in the ceiling has a squeaky motor ALL NIGHT LONG!!! couldn't sleep. kept a pillow over my ears. but i would think this my room's problem. they discounted my stay some. It is hard to relax with the very bright pool lights all around the pool. wish they tipped down for less offensive brightness. I love music but i do wish it was quiet at the pool area in early morning hours. you don't need peppy loud music then.

This place is right on the beach and the view from our room was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The gym facilities were nice. Staff was nice and helpful. Great location.

Rust in shower. There was wood breaking down in cabinet where refrigerator was located.
