"Thank You, Saiesh, and the Whole Hilton Crew!"

Our server, Saiesh, at the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa was incredibly attentive and kind. Not an easy job on a busy Saturday. I have worked in hospitality for more than 30 years and it's wonderful to see someone like Saiesh possessing a positive attitude and great work ethic to the backdrop of a lot of people trying to blow off steam on a sunny spring break. Saiesh spoke of his Hilton employment experience, working both inside with fine dining service and outside with poolside service. I understand why he likes the contrast and how one informs the other. I did not know what to expect when my family arrived to the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa. Everyone was helpful start to finish and I applaud Hilton and their employees, such as Saiesh, for reinforcing the brand promise and elevating the experience. Kudos!

We loved Gede, he was the best!!. We did cabana service on a sunny day and he was always there to get us everything we needed!! He was so hospitable and easy to talk with. We highly recommend him and the resort for anyone looking for a family friendly, relaxing vacation by the ocean/pool.

We will definitely be back. This was a quick stop for us on the way home from Disney. The pools are great and the beach is clean. The staff at the pool bar were very kind, especially Saiesh. Hes wonderful!
