"Big Ten Championship game weekend"

The access to the convention center, variety of nearby businesses and proximity to Luca Oil was great. Breakfast in the Fat Rooster was amazing and Cesar was very efficient and attentive. Effortless weekend with everything perfect!

"Fantastic vibes"

Karsor and Fifi elevated the entire experience. I was never without food, drink, or a laugh! I genuinely had a remarkable solo experience at this restaurant in the sky. It’s one of the last of its kind. 10/10

"Eagle's Nest is the BEST!"

We had a group of eleven adult sponsors staying in the Hyatt for NCYC. Called for a last-minute reservation, thinking we were too late and not dressed well enough. When Ruby found out we were sponsoring high schoolers, she got us in when they opened at 5:00 on Saturday night! Nikola was our server, cocktails and food were outstanding, and the entire view and experience made it a meal we will always remember. Thank you Ruby, Nikola, and staff!

"Great hotel service"

Very good service, especially at the Level One|The Eagles Nest restaurant at the lobby. The food there is amazing. My daughter asked for a non alcoholic drink and they made a raspberry spritz for her.
