"Good location, high price for a handicap room that I didn't request,"

The convenience of venues and restaurants in walking distance.

They put us in a handicap accessible room. Everything was low...light switches, towels, plugs. The counter space in the bathroom was so tiny. I wanting a full length sink. Price for the room was high due to keeneland.

"Great Stay"

Front desk was very welcoming during check in/out, daily room cleaning was excellent, great service provided by shuttle driver and his dad at the front desk. Wish I could have had a little later check out due to late flight.

"So disappointing"

The quality of the rooms Does NOT reflect the nightly rate of stay. So very disappointing for a Hyatt hotel. Broken bathroom fixtures. Visible damage to the walls, window treatments, the cabinet for clothing was damaged, it looked as if it were purchased at a second hand store. The Hilton next door, may be a letter option for quality.
