"Barking Dog"

I just stayed at the Hyatt Place Baltimore/Inner Harbor during the weekend of May 29th. They put me in a room next to a barking dog, who barked all evening, I had such a headache. When I called the front desk to ask them to move me, they said they were completely sold out and would call security to go to the room. While I am all for a dog friendly hotel I don't think it's fair for a guest who does not have a dog to stay in the same vicinity as the guests with a dog, this made for an extremely uncomfortable stay, which would've been otherwise good.

I stayed there this Memorial Day weekend. Worse Cutomer service. I requested extra pillow three times and received a dirty pillow. I shortened my trip because I don’t want to live this racist place.

Nice bar and workout area. The bed was very comfortable.

They stuck me in corner room which was triangular and oblong. The prices for drinks and breakfast were outrageous.

Worst hotel experience. Booked it for a skywalk to the convention center. Well that’s closed. Would have been nice if they told us that at time of booking. Booked with a crib. Asked for it 4x from check in to bedtime, was yes-ed on each time until one the guest request agent told me they gave away the last one an hour ago. Then the manager says no that’s not true we didn’t have any all day. So why lie to me repeatedly? Daughter falls out of bed at night. Next day I ask for a rollaway at the front desk, staff says “I’ll work on getting you something.” No follow through. I call close to bedtime, they have nothing, ok. I ask for extra blankets to put her on the floor instead. They send pillows only. Apparently the hotel is out of blankets too???? Not to mention, there’s no body wash in the shower. Also wasn’t refilled the next day despite housekeeping coming. And there was a bug in the bathroom. Idk how this is considered a Hyatt regency. Despite not having any of the requested items, staff were all so rude about it. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns nicer than this dump.
