Hyatt Regency Baltimore

Overall is good, great location. but the building is a little old. It said 4 start, it is more like 3 to me.parking is kind expensive for stay .$34 per 24hrs

Though pretty much everything was permanent closed down in the harbor so hardly anything to do. The Hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful

Nice hotel with reasoably priced parking with in and out privileges. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and activities including Camden Yards.

Room seemed clean that was a positive. Also the parking garage super easy . Negatives were minor , the curtains were full of holes ( many years of use) . My bath towel had brown stains , GROSS, it was all folded and seemed clean , I guess it was just stained . I’ve never had that even in cheap hotel - motel . The hallways are unappealing and kinda creapy but it’s not Hyatt level basically. So 3 out of 5

Came into Baltimore for a convention. Was away from Hyatt most of the time but I will say I recieved great customer service a clean relaxing room and a lovely cup of Starbucks coffee from their Market store. Perhaps I'll have time to experience more with my next visit.

The overall experience was above my expectations wood love to be there in the future whit my wife and children to enjoy the city

Staff is great. Union labor was extraordinary! Food for conference and banquet was lacking. Food for restaurant take out was good, as were drinks! Market place food was packaged and not good.
