The staff were wonderful and helpful. We loved the view from our room and had a great time staring at the traffic in Jakarta. The food was lovely at the Italian restaurant.

The bed could have been cleaner, we saw a few spots. Nothing too bad, but it would have been perfect if those spots were not there.

The staff are very sweet and helpful and the lobby/ground floor was impressive.

The room we stayed in was simply not in any way 5 star. It was an average hotel room with a cramped bathroom. The carpet on the floor was easily 20 years old, the carpet was worn so thin you could see the concrete underneath. Ive never seen that before in my life.
