Hyatt Regency Casablanca

Great location, clean room, quiet. Breakfast and service were not as good as expected. Buffets breakfast had many choices. However there are many flies in the food area. Smoked salmon was fishy and tasted bad. Staff were unprofessional. We had reserved an executive suites with a Hassan II Mosque view. The check-in girl confirmed with me that my room will see the Mosque. We went up and didn’t see the view and have to go down to fix it. We ordered room service of 1 ribeye steak and 1 filet steak with medium rare. They gave us 2 fully cooked ribeye steaks. We asked for alcohol during cocktail hours in the Hyatt club lounge. The lady said they were not serving alcohol. She also pocketed our unopened sauces from our meals during cleaning up. We had reserved an airport transfer through the hotel few days ago. They said they didn’t see the reservation for us when we checked back with them a day before we arrived the hotel.

l'emplacement était parfait, proche de ce que je voulais visiter Chambre très propre et très confortable. Excellent accueil de la jeune femme à la réception. Parfaits conseils du concierge pour organiser notre visite le 25 au matin Un grand merci à eux deux.

Coutumier des voyages au Maroc et de la très belle politesse des marocains, j'ai été très surpris de croiser plusieurs membres de l'équipe de l'hotel qui ne disent pas bonjour spontanément. Si je ne leur pas bonjour le premier, ils ne me disent pas bonjour eux non plus. C'est dommage car cela va impacter mon envie de revenir chez vous.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The pool was very nice.The bar / breakfast area was very traditional and had a lot of character. The rooms were also very functional and the club lounge was good value.

Could do with using the pool area for hotel guest eating a bit more. Tended to be used only for functions from what we could see.

The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a truly beautiful hotel, offering fantastic amenities, great comfort, and a wonderful atmosphere. However, what makes this hotel stand out is its incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Mounia at the reception desk, who made our check-in seamless and gave us the warmest welcome possible. We also want to extend a big thank you to Najat from room service for her prompt, attentive, and excellent service throughout our stay. The dedication of the team made our visit to Casablanca unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!
