Hyatt Regency Casablanca

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Blanca, Morocco Hyatt Regency . The location is perfect with easy accecc to nearby attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The front desk was attentive and made the check in smooth and efficient. Our room was spotless ad comfortable, and the service in the "Club Lounge" was superb. Hajar and Amine always had a smile and the food they presented was outstanding and plentiful. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. The service at the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is clear that care goes into cleanliness, service and most of all, guest experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean ad comfortable stay in CasaBlanca!

Der Kühlschrank der leeren Minibar hat etwas zu laut gebrummt und ließ sich nicht abstellen. Aber das Personal half mir.

Breakfast buffet could have been a bit bigger

We were in Morocco to celebrate our 25th anniversary and spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We were upgraded to an executive suite with a stunning view of the Hassan II Mosque. The hospitality of everyone we came across was first class and we were made to feel very welcome and special. Our check in was great and we ended up chatting to Wafaa and Houssam for half an hour after we checked in, even though we arrived late at night. They would be working in the evening when we came back in and always had a chat with them. Also Hamdi the concierge was always available to give a great tip or helping hand. His tips came in very handy and made our trip better. Do speak to him for anything you need. Also we had the chance to make use of the club lounge a couple of times and Aya really looked after us very well. She is so friendly and genuinely interested in the guests. Must also mention Walid and Amal in housekeeping. They made sure the room was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Finally a great thanks to Mr Oussama who made all this possible. A real credit to the hotel as are the rest of the team. Once again thank you so much for everything. He always stopped us when he saw us to make sure all was ok. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. The amazing staff will make it special and the location is absolutely ideal to walk around.
