North Harbour PDX vacation apartments

They cancelled my reservation four hours before check in claimed property had water damage......

I liked the accommodations I hated that the owner was rude and hung up on my husband. I hated that I had to clean the mold in the shower. I didn’t feel safe with the front door lock being broken. I didn’t like that the carpet was stained and filthy along with the throw pillows on the bed and living room and kitchen stools. I hated that the mattress was filthy which I noticed after I took the sheets off to wash before we left.

Wonderful place to stay, however it was very noisy at night and during morning commute hours. It did not impact our sleep at all. We had a mishap with the A/C unit leaking water from the vent but it was handled by the apartment manager. Good communication and overall a very nice experience. Having two full bathrooms was nice, too. Would stay here again.

Overall a really nice place. It suited our needs well. Very quiet, comfortable and nice amenities. On the down side there were some blinds missing in the master bedroom that allowed a lot of light in, (not a huge deal just annoying).

Absolutely horrible experience booked through Hotels.com They switched rooms as we arrived because of maintenance issues. Let me just say, the pictures on hotels.com could not represent reality any worse. Stained carpets, warped rugs and even a stain on our bed sheets. The 3rd bed is a mattress on the floor, of course surround be random dirt spots. Ugh! It was so bad we left the next day, even though we were from out of town. Tried to connect with the manager 3 times, and have received no response. DO NOT stay here and DO NOT trust hotels.com ratings.

Room was not the cleanest , carpets were lifted in corners and one could trip ,no shampoo. I was expecting the room to be more like a hotel room and did not realize I needed to bring porsanal products like shampoo , coffee products , more towels . Location was good room size was good , beds were not the tidiest . Thanks

Very nice apartment and larger than we expected. Affordable for a family to stay in as opposed to multiple hotel rooms, with good privacy. The kitchen was nice, beds were big and comfortable, and the master bath is the best yet with a deep soaking bathtub.

Great apartment and good location! Courteous owners who permitted early arrival and an extended departure time.

The property was very convenient to the airport and to the public transportation: initially I said the property was clean and the floors were but the furniture had some stains; blinds were missing off of one door; and there were some stains on one of the comforters. I didn’t look at the other one. There is no front desk so you rely on the person answering your email. They did bring us more towels the same day as requested... but midweek the ability for me to message went away; I wasn’t sure about the check out instructions. I tried to call the number given one time and left a message but no return. Luckily I had taken a picture of some of the codes and we just went backwards from the check in. For the price it was a great deal. The apartment was laid out very nice and we very comfortably had room for 5. It also has parking and is secure. I would probably stay there again.

The location is closer to downtown. But communication with property management is bellow average.
