The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool itself is well maintained and warm. Good breakfast. Great location for our needs.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years. It really needs a renovation. The rooms smell musty due to improper ventilation in the rooms. You need new towels every day because they never dry in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom is deafening and the light switch on the outside of the bathroom is inconvenient. The ceiling above the shower has water damage and has been patched several times. Looks moldy. The pool area ceiling and walls are disgusting with mold showing.

My wife and I have now been here twice to see the cave and the staff the room and especially the hot breakfast was just perfect and nostalgically there’s a Ponderosa restaurant right down the road. The front desk employee Kim is amazing very personable very kind very friendly. She definitely goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She even recognized us from our stay back in December and went above and beyond to put a little note in our room about how much she appreciated that we came back to stay with them. She is a big part of the reason we will stay there again.!!

I wish it had a hot tub
