"I was discriminated against and the staff stole money from me."

The pool

The staff kept my deposit. They said it was because of my dog. He is a service animal and they are not allowed to charge me for him. I refused to accept losing my deposit and they called the police to have me removed for trespassing. I have a disability and my dog assists me with my disability. I feel discriminated and the police told me to leave that the hotel was inline to have me removed. The police and the hotel are wrong for their part. I will never recommend this hotel or the cspd for anything.

"My Deposit."

Location.

Staff was very rude they kept my deposit for having dog hair on the floor. For Real, I don't even have a dog. I have spent almost 2000 dollars on rooms at this hotel and they treated me with no respect. So watch the staff.
