"i wished the front desk had better communication or find solution to add breakfast even if were cost"

I included breakfast in my reservation in my check in front desk told me no breakfast was including but didn't help me to find solution or alternative not happy start !

Great location, love the 24 hour shuttle and the hotel restaurant is excellent! Beautiful lobby, pool and gym. I would have scored it a 10 if it wasn't for the small beds!

They have NO queen size beds! If you book a room with 2 beds, you're getting double beds! And if you have to share a bed, it was super small for 2 people! You can only get a king size room (with only one bed) or a room with 2 doubles. Definitely need to upgrade that!
