Four of the six elevators did not work, the cooling /heat system went off in rooms that night. There wasn't even a pen or paper pad in the room, no coffee only tea - then had to stand in line at Starbucks to buy coffee - what happened to amenities? no glasses in rooms. I wanted to support downtown hotels, this was a disappointment.

The staff were great ! The stay was great I just disappointed in the $64 valet price and only other options were nearby parking garages for $40 or more

The hotel overall was decent. The first issue you will encounter is that they do not have their own parking but offer vallet for $60/day. The staff provides a decent experience but they could work on their overall demeanor and professionalism. The hotel is in downtown Denver so that means it will be noisy at night.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Delores, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction felt personal without being overbearing, our drinks were always refreshed, our questions answered with a smile, and her recommendations were spot-on.

While this hotel is for business and tourist alike, it is much more of a business hotel. Here are the pros and cons of this hotel. First the pros: this hotel is in the heart of downtown. Therefore, if you have business to do in downtown, you are all set. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are updated nicely. There are plugs and ports next to the bed and at the desk. The Wi-Fi works very well. The windows in the room has a little slot that you can open to get some fresh air. This is really nice. There is a fitness center, but I did not partake. Second, now the cons: the food options at this hotel are poor. Yes, there is a Starbucks, but one cannot live on Starbucks alone (or at least for some of us!). Be aware that in the morning, the lines at Starbucks are huge, so plan your time accordingly. There is one restaurant in the hotel. It is not very good. There is no real grab and go type facility. Right next to the check in area there is a rack with some candy/snacks and then right next to this rack is a tiny room with two small freezers with beverages and edibles. It is clear that this was simply an afterthought and just put together very amateurish. For a hotel like this, they need to up their game in food offerings. The decor in the rooms and hallway is very dark. It's kind of depressing.
