Uma Galih Ubud Villa

The location, the athmosphere, especially the team is really great! Always helpful, very respectful and we got always more than expected. We had multiple stays on Bali and this one was the best for us. We were really sad to leave this place to move on for our next stay. We got a Honeymoon gift decoration for our room and were really happy. The food was great and the water was also clean, aswell as the resort itself. We had many different plants in our garden, giving us the best "Bali feeling" yet in combination with the random birds in the garden coming from nature. The atmosphere was private and safe. The service team helped us with laundry and was always available via Whatsapp and during the day directly at the front.

Leaving

the villa was very nice; it had a clean water swimming pool. the cleaning is provided every day. The breakfast was provided everyday. The staff at the reception and the cleaning staff and super nice and helpful. The good thin, that there is no language barrier.

the variety of the breakfast. although the TV set wasn't very much watched as it wasn't a priority, the set itself was small, in comparison to the room size.

the rooms aren't air tight; lizards and Geckos were seen inside the villa (something that I am not used to).

Everything! The bed was comfortable, air condicioned worked perfectly. The bathroom had amenities like shower cap, cotton swabs etc. The breakfast is amaaaazing! We let them know what we wanted and at what time the day before, and they would prepare our table near the pool in the morning. Coffee, juices, lots of fruits and the main plate :) Everyday they would also give us bottle of water. They also offered other services like car pickup and massages. I’ve asked for a massage and 15min later the lady was there in our vila :) We also asked the pickup in airport and Wisnu was there patiently waiting for us. Our flight was in the evening and the restaurants were closed, but he stopped at the market so we could buy something to eat.

I loved everything about the stay! Bit far from the city center, so far from the confusion :) we used an app to call our “ubers” and it worked fine

The private pool was incredible!

There was some work going on on the neighbour villa during early time in the morning, but this was already informed by the staff who were apologising for the noise in the early morning, and it was temporary.
