A Victory Inn Tolleson

They don’t have any of the amenities that they list having. They shut off our key card 3 hours earlier than check out time. Housekeeping came in and made the bed with our personal blanket but not with their blankets, didn’t empty the trash but took the tv remote. Their phone didn’t work. They were rude when we brought this to their attention and blamed it on new management. There was no noise control as there were parties happening during all hours of the night.

I don’t have a choice

Bring your own pillows as they only had 2 flat pillows. They do not have a fitted sheet but instead a flat sheet, tucked under the mattress. Then they have a hospital throw blanket only, so bring blankets if you get cold easily. The amenities say we are supposed to have a mini-fridge but it looks like it was removed. It also said there is room service but they don’t offer that. The phone doesn’t even work. Housekeeping came in and only made the bed, with our personal blanket. They didn’t empty the trash, but they moved our personal stuff around and then took the TV remote. If you get hurt you are SOL because they do not have any first aid kits. The front door to the building is supposed to be key access only but it doesn’t lock. There is no noise control as people will blast their music during all hours of the night. The signs where everything is located are incorrect. Worst hotel ever!!

It was ok expected there was no cold water to shower water was super hot water but everything else was good..

No coffee in room or office and amenities

The hotel hallway smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. The room smelled of smoke even though we asked for non-smoking. The hotel was somewhat rundown looking. We were not comfortable being there and did not stay. We checked out immediately. We would like to be refunded in full.

I like that there were lots of stores around, I didn't like that my room key desactiveted every time I useit.

Bare bones, you get what you pay for.

Terrible property smelled of cigarettes, very dirty and outdated rooms. And the people in the building were very clearly a bad crowd, and overall and unsafe feeling. Did not stay longer than 30 minutes, ended up canceling.
