Friendly and helpful staff, the room was very good. Comfortable bed and a good shower, room service was also very good. We came to watch the football so the locality was excellent. It was also very good for the transport links and nor too far from the city centre.

The outside area around the swimming pool was not great and the pool itself wasn’t great. The attached restaurant I found wasn’t very welcoming and the manager (I believed to be) was not very helpful and didn’t have any time to help or explain things. I was disappointed with this experience of the hotel.
