SureStay Hotel by Best Western Findlay

The people were very sweet and helpful. The room was clean . It was a reasonable price that we could afford.

There is SO much rust around the outside, stairs, and poles that it makes the outside look run down. The staff is over worked with cleaning rooms, working the desk, making coffee etc.

The room was nice than expected.

The exterior is very dated and needs work.

Convenient location just off the Interstate highway and no traffic noise. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Nearby eating establishments. Staff very courteous. Will be staying here again in the future.

Echoing other reviewers, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms were clean and modern. Being of the “get off my lawn” age, I particularly appreciated that the TV was easy to operate. No select a service then select a program then select a channel…rather the simple channel up/down to watch my favorite shows. A little feature but one greatly appreciated by your humble reviewer.

Only negative was that the fridge was not plugged in which wasn’t discovered until the following morning; result = warm frappacinno 😬
