"Comfort, Cleanliness, & Proximity"

This was the closest hotel to the Grayson Highlands. It was recently remodeled. Now this is not a luxury hotel. But it checks all of the right boxes for my kind of travel. Bathroom was clean Beds were comfortable and clean They had a great continental breakfast All of this for $106 including taxes. You can’t beat this. The staff was so welcoming. This hotel is only 30 minutes away from Grayson Highlands State Park in VA. You will be limited on restaurants as there are only a couple. The Italian restaurant Ciro was delicious. They do have a Food City and we were able to purchase items for the race that I was running. Definitely a place for people who want comfort and cleanliness.

I suspect they gave me a pet room. My allergies were on fire.

Comfortable beds. Good location for visiting relatives nearby. Good coffee.

Thin walls and could hear coughing from the next door room. Refrigerator noise. Would have liked an extra lock on inside of the door since we were 2 women traveling alone.

The staff were great and the room was clean

The beds were too firm. And maybe something could be done with the doors shutting quieter. It seems like every door was being slammed
