"Run away...DO NOT BOOK!"

DO NOT BOOK! 1ST website says there's a shuttle and they don't have a shuttle available. 2nd fraudulent charges on my account and I can't get the manager on the phone. Now trying to dispute.

The breakfast options were very poor, so I recommend avoiding this hotel. They took my deposit and have not returned it. I left the hotel room in good condition, but when I called the front desk, I received a runaround. They owe us $150 and have not paid. Please be very careful with that organisation and the staff treatment

They did not refund my money. I am worried that they can do something as grievous as this

Nothing!!

Main light in the room did not work. Other lamps did not work. The tub was falling apart and mold on the surrounding tiles. No top sheet on one of the beds. Outlet behind the TV had so many things plugged in (def fire hazard). There was no cold water in the sink faucet, only scalding hot water. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!!

Location wise it was perfect

Overall, my stay was fair, but there were several issues that were quite concerning. The pool was green and dirty, which gave the impression that maintenance standards are low. The room had an unpleasant smell, and there were stains present as well. The toilet seat was loose, which added to the discomfort. I was also unsure about the cleanliness of the bed sheets, as I noticed some light hair on them. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected and raised concerns about overall hygiene and upkeep.
