First when I called to make sure my reservation would still be there since i would be checking in late, the staff member who answered the phone was sarcastic and snotty in her response. Then when i finally got there i was checked in without incident and that woman was very nice. The mattress in the room was HORRIBLE! I should have requested a room transfer but honestly i was too exhausted. My back suffered from not changing rooms. Anyway, i mentioned the mattress upon checkout and was told she would mention it to someone but I don't think that will happen. A lot of money for one night stay in a less than adequate bed.

Perfect for my needs

The food could have been better, but other than that, great experience!

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is comfortable and close to airport. In fact, it’s about 400 yards from Terminal B. However, you are not suppose to walk to the hotel because crossing a busy road is potentially dangerous. Free shuttle service is provided. However, their shuttle service from P4 (shuttle service pick up TO hotels at air tram station) was not reliable, even though Marriott advertises every 15 minute pick ups. A more accurate claim should be every 15 to 60 minute pick up. Overall, I might stay there again, but I wouldn’t trust the shuttle timing.

Front desk experience was excellent!

All the staff members that we came into contact with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their shuttle service to and from the airport was super speedy and worked out perfect for our short turn around. The room was super nice and the bed was very comfortable. When i am in the area again i will definitely be using them again!
