Locked out of room before checking out after waiting for an hour in the restaurant for our food. Check out time posted in room on door says noon, Locked out at 1105.

"Nice hotel"

Nice in terminal hotel, but the hotel shuttle is confusing. I wish I had known that I didn't need to go to the hotel shuttle pick up area for this hotel.
