Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the great breakfast options.
Slow staff at check-in. One person at desk taking phone reservation while other sat stapling papers and wandering to office allowing guests to wait in line to check in. Dated, stains on floor, pink spots on bedding edges, shower would never heat up so gave up on showering. Despite shabbiness had to pay an extra deposit in case of damage. Took pictures of stains to avoid being held responsible later. Also had sign indicating additional daily fee for room safe, but was not charged fee since reservation made through Expedia. Let Front Desk know about lack of hot water without any comment back. Beds on metal frames, but matress doesn't fit flush so repeatedly hit legs on frame when getting in bed. Duvet on beds doesn't have cover; just on bed with light blanket over it.

Stayed one night and it was great! Spacious room, very clean and the breakfast here is hands down the best we’ve ever had at a hotel!
