I stay at Quality Inn every time I'm in Billings. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, and has all the amenities I need.
Check-in gal was fabulous. She was helpful, informative, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and the two cooks were fantastic. So many friendly and hardworking staff. Kudos to the hiring manager for recruiting such a great team. If we are in Billings again, this is definitely where we will stay.
It was very easy to make reservations. The room was great! It was tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. I felt rested and refreshed !

Comfy bed, easy check in. Had a good breakfast option. We tried to use the pool/sauna/hottub. Was told we could only have water, we had cans of a sparkling water. They wouldn’t let us keep our drink, despite it being water. Tried to say it was hotel rules despite us complying with hotel rules with having water.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint was the smell of mildew in the room.
Love the made to order breakfast, the cook is always so friendly!
