House of Bruno - NO Reception

Once again my daughter and her friend were delighted. All well.

It was my daughter, not me that stayed there and she absolutely liked the size, the style and the location of the room.. I am personally no big fan of totally automated accommodations that send you a whole user manual for their place. But I have to admit in this place everything worked very smoothly and my daughter and her friend were really delighted.

The place was really easy to find, with a very clean and comfortable room that had all the amenities. Additionally, they provided free coffee, milk, tea, and some juices, which I did not expect. I would like to mention Beatrice, who kindly recommended some places for me to visit based on my request, as well as the other staff who were very helpful during my stay. I highly recommend this place for couples, families, or solo travelers looking to spend one or two nights.

Great location, very near to the city center. Excellent communication with the owner. Arrived two hours before the check-in time but the room was already ready and could check-in early. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent for short stay.

The main door of the building was a little complicated but after few tries we got used to it. No complaints regarding the rooms, it was perfect..

Very convenient for the train station. Beds were comfortable - we slept very well. Funky art on the walls. Beautiful building. Free Trentino guest card, which means free use of public transport in Trentino. Nice that there was milk and juice in the fridge for us.

Very impersonal - we didn't have any contact with the owners. Kitchen is very basic: No bowls to have cereals. No way to make coffee (apart from a kettle). We had to buy sponges to clean dishes, and there is no way to dry them (we certainly didn't want to use the dishwasher just for a couple of items). The shower looks very modern but it is a bit temperamental - going hot and cold. Some basic facilities are missing - for example somewhere to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom. It feels like the place was designed to look stylish, but wasn't that practical.
