lovely hotel run by a very friendly and kind owner. in Autumn/ Spring the location to the iceberg is great!

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel mit einem super Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Location is not bad and view is nice.

The customer service is very disappointing, it has potential to be a great hotel considering the location. The owner gave attitude because we did not finish our breakfast saying we were wasting and instead of calmly handling a situation where a friend decided to stay so we were open to settling the difference during our stay, she aggressively made accusations and would not adjust her attitude even after we paid(more than on booking). All in all most hotels can calmly handle situations where as she will make you feel uncomfortable, shame when you travel from far distances to relax.

Lovely rooms, honesty bar and a nice set up. Viktoria is super helpful.

Not about the property itself, more location. The ski buses are every 10 mins during the day which is great and the sports shop next to the Gondola has ski lockers. But in the evening every hour so getting back from town is a bit of a hike.

Victoria was always helpful, sauna was amazing, beds were really comfy, it was a quiet place and few stops from the elevator to the slopes 🙂

Wifi sporadic at times

I think we were helped by the owner. she did everything to help us experience every mist see places in Sölden. Because of her we went to the top of the mountain and then to the James Bond museum. We are 100% glad we listened to her. Also, in the past few days we have been in a lot of hotels. This was the only one with a mini living room. We very liked it.

Viktoria is an awesome lady :-) Accomodation was nice and comfortable. We got the summer card with so many free entrances we can use. Definitely can be recommended!
