SANA Capitol Hotel

The staff was OK, although there was no much staff. The receiption staff helped to take my baggage to the room while check in and helped to carry to the car while check out. Location is great - close to Marques de pombal square. This hotel located behind the Epic Sana Hotel a 5 start hotel where the conferences are taking place. I was there in Epic Sana for 3 nights and shifted to this hotel for another 3 nights. The distance between both are just 1 street crossing only and both are same company. Due to this factor, they are always fully occupied.

Breakfast was in minimum level continental breakfast. Room was small and not sound proof. The noise from outside can listen to the room. But the area was not that much congested or crowded. Also the sound of water flowing - may be from other room can also hear in my room. Complimentary water on 1st day only. after that we have to buy against payment. But good thing that there is a mini market in walking distance from where I bough enough water for me for whole my stay @ Euro 0.50 per small bottle & Euro 0.89 per 1.5L big bottle. While in the hotel it needs to pay for small E.1.50 & for big 4.50 Or else we have to drink the tap water.

Nette buurt, goed te lopen (half uur naar het toeristen centrum). OV in de buurt. Nette kamers. Aardig personeel.
