The laundry 24/24 is really good especially when you have to take the plane too bad it doesn't dry well. The housekeeper really very kind helpful the two youngest. Receptionist very understandable and kind

The rooms are a shame it's not soundproofed much too noisy when running it resonates that we took once upstairs it resonates too much our steps and once downstairs and it's the same it's not soundproofed at all as indicated on booking and very dusty precisely the floor.
