The staff were great, very helpful and willing to answer questions. Breakfast was fine, the Sky Lounge is a nice place to have a drink. AC worked well considering it was summer.

It was old, older than expected, there were some relics like Intercontinental branding (I assume it used to be an Intercontinental). Some areas looked very tired, some panes of glass were cracked on the fascade. The "Living Room" was a good concept but it felt like they just converted an old conference room into a small bar. The bath tub was fairly small and parts of it deformed when stepped on.

The receptionist named Corina was absolutely outstanding — truly exceptional. She was extremely helpful and professional, in a way that is hard to describe. She took care of every detail and even helped some of us with the Booking.com app when they couldn't find their reservation. She explained everything clearly and made sure everyone received the assistance they needed.
