I have loved every bit of my stay at the hotel. Every bit of service has been great. Great customer service, and a supportive staff who are ever willing to assist in every way whenever needed.

I had an amazing experience at Intercontinental Lusaka. The rooms are clean, the service at the restaurant is beautiful and the gym is well equipped. The gym instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. Scholastica made my supper time at the restaurant memorable.

Great location, cool atmosphere, classic rooms and a great team. One of the most amazing staff in the hotel is Scholastica who is very welcoming and understands how to deal with customers.

I like the place!!!! The service from Scholastica was excellent. She definitely made me understand the local cuisine, I now love the Lamb on a bone and the Nankone rice. Intercontinental is definitely a place to be when I come to Lusaka Zambia next.

I had an amazing experience and I enjoyed the food. We made sure Scholastica served us the whole week. She's truly kind.

I didn’t like the fact that you charge breakfast separately and also it’s not self service.

From the moment we arrived, the intercontinental Hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff namely Gina and Precious greeted us warmly by name and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. Check-in was seamless and quick as Gina had already anticipated our arrival and I was immediately recognised as a member. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was very good this time around. We will absolutely be returning. 10/10 — highly recommended.

Rooms are beautiful, very well laid out and comfortable. Service was excellent and the Breakfast of the highest stadard.

The facility is strategically located, close to several malls and a golf course. The atmosphere is serene, rooms very clean and always kept tidy, Big up to the house keeping team, the front office staff very warm and courteous ( Doreen and Precious) were particularly helpful. I enjoyed the gym, its well equiped and adjusted amenities..steam and sauna very helpful especially after a long day. I enjoyed the stay.
