The lobby was nice and I appreciated that there was always cold water to fill up my water bottles. I did like that there was a outside swimming pool.

Although I booked a room with the balcony, when I checked in, I was told that my room didn't have one. I reiterated that I had booked with a balcony and the employee said that they would talk to their boss. After a few minutes, he let me know that I would get a room with a balcony. The balcony was very messy and didn't have a chair/table outside. When I mentioned this to the employee he said that he had forgotten to tell me that the hotel was undergoing maintenance, which included painting the balcony. I asked for a chair and he ensured that I received one. I did not like that I was charged $ 150 on my credit card the day that I arrived (to cover incidentals). I have had other hotels that did this, but they only put a hold on my card, so it did not actually go through as a charge.

No tuvimos acceso la piscina casi 3 días

La comida es deliciosa y la atención al huesped es increíble desde la recepción hasta los chefs y meseros. Destacó la atención de cesar Director de alimentos y bebidas, muy amable, cordial, pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, hizo nuestra estancia mas amena.
