Amazing hotel! Service, accessibility, location, room, rate, and amenities were all fantastic! Would absolutely stay here again.

This property is a good mixture of amenities and value. It is not the luxury property of a Four Seasons but it is quite nice. Very clean, well maintained and good Wifi. Beautiful pool and heated, rare here. Very good breakfast and ate well here for dinner. Great tennis courts and a good tennis instructor on site who is a lovely man.

It was a great place. I felt safe, happy during my stay. The staff was respectful, polite, helpful and professional. The place was super clean, which I liked it and the breakfast was delicious, I loved the arepas tostadas con queso, the bunuelos and the roscas de queso. Yummm

Amazing aesthetics and design. Very comfortable, air conditioning, perfect bathroom, good pool, excellent breakfast food. My only criticism would be the food was a bit cold (even when we were the first people to arrive at breakfast)

Everything was great, although breakfast was included I would only give breakfast a rating of seven on a scale of 1 to 10, The food at the restaurant was better I would give it a rating of nine on a scale of 1 to 10

Pros- I was allowed to check in super early. Like 8a early. The breakfast was good and the service was friendly, but depending on where I sat, I might not been seen and was overlooked. Warm shower Mini bar Late check out Cons- My window and curtain were broken. I couldn’t completely shut the window, and there was noise from the tour busses loading/unloading in the evening and morning. The cleanliness was lacking. There were crumbs on floor, marks on the sheets, and fingerprints on the mirror. Most frustrating, the AC didn’t cool. I put it as low as it could go, and it dropped maybe a degree all night. Overall, the hotel is tired. Not what you would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Also, check out is displayed as 1p. Had two knocks on my door before 11a, which was annoying.

I got robbed from one of the private drivers from the hotel. The administrator in charge Johanna Henao didn't do anything about it. I filed a police report. Never going to that place again and you guys should stop offering that place. The worst Christmas I ever had!

I found ants and cockroaches on the room

I enjoyed my stay. the hotel is nice, clean - and their staff is very very good. i forgot my briefcase during a meeting - and didnt realise it was gone. then, suddenly, I got a call from security. they found it and it also contained my passport! needless to say: this hotel is extremely safe and can be trusted.
