A wonderful hotel well worth a visit .If back in Quebec would definitely stay here again. Staff are amazing and helpful.

Poor front desk service

I stayed at Monsieur Jean for a work event and I enjoyed it so much I plan on returning for a personal stay. The location is excellent. It is safe, with endless shopping, dining and site seeing options available all around you. The hotel itself is whimsical and comfortable. Staff is friendly. The restaurant/bar is beautiful. There is honestly nothing negative I can say about this hotel.

The customer service was top notch. Thank you! The view from our room was spectacular. We enjoyed our fire table, kitchenette, comfy bed, the overall design and aesthetic, and the location was perfect. Cool pubs and restaurants were very close by. We also really enjoyed the jazz band at Bijou restaurant right on site. The food was great and we had a fun and romantic time listening to the music and dining there on 3 occasions. We will be coming back.

This hotel is excellent in every category. From the service to the accommodations including the valet parking. It is also central to the many restaurants and attractions in Old Quebec.

Room was clean, views are amazing, staff friendly except doorman seemed annoyed with us coming in the door. Air Conditioner blew incredibly strong right on our heads in bed (Ice cold), which was annoying. Beautiful hotel overall, very quirky with all the art.

Fun hotel - decor is interesting and fun. Perfectly located in the center of Old City. We walked to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
