A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The food was delicious, with excellent quality and a great variety of options. The staff were exceptional in every area of the hotel, including the restaurant, pool, housekeeping, and room service. Everyone was polite, professional, understanding, and always willing to help in any way possible. Their kindness and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. The views are beautiful and create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. We also had a great experience at Bourj Al Hamam restaurant. The food was excellent, delicious, and beautifully presented
