Size of the room was good. Staff was very friendly! Beds were comfortable.

Room was not very clean. Maids need to do a better job. Had to clean the bathroom floor myself. Hairs everywhere!

Close to highway and nice front desk staff.

They must have forgotten to finish cleaning the room. The beds had clean sheets and fresh towels but that was literally the only clean thing in the room. Floor was filthy, toilet still had poop on it, curtains broken so wouldn’t close all the way, every surface was dirty. If all you need is a bed and this is a good price then ignore the ratings. Otherwise you can find a much better place in the same price range.

The gals at the front desk were helpful.

The a/c unit was not very efficient. There were no pool towels. There was not enough sugar/creamer for coffee. They skimped on bathroom supplies. Not enough shampoo/conditioner/soap. The toilet paper was VERY thin. The curtains didn't close, therefore, the room was very light at night. The TV didn't work right.

The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Nice lobby. Appreciated the ice water for guests in the lobby.

Short-staffed and staff struggling to keep up with demands of the hotel as a result. Poor upkeep of room quality: broken shower head, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WERE OBVIOUSLY DIRTY WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S HAIR, damage to wall interior in bathroom, broken bathroom outlet, hot chocolate in machine was basically hot water. When we called about the sheets, we had to wait a while for them to be delivered, then WE changed the sheets on both beds, and we weren’t given enough pillow cases and had to request more.

Restuarant inside and hot tub was a plus.

Restuarant host wasn’t very inviting.

Comfortable beds

Rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned. Walls, headboards and mirrors need a deep clean. Noticed all the next day with the sunlight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Going to the pool at night was relaxing.
