Posizione estremamente centrale, comodissima Staff molto gentile che risponde velocemente ai messaggi e parla bene italiano

Appartamento non molto pulito, ho trovato capelli attaccati agli specchi e per terra All’arrivo la serratura della porta era rotta (l’ho notato per caso) e pertanto ho dovuto stare ad aspettare diverse persone che sono venute a cercare di sistemare il problema quando invece avevo fretta di uscire per un impegno. Poi mi è stato dato un altro appartamento che evidentemente era “di scorta” perché i mobili erano in condizioni non molto buone e aveva un odore di chiuso (anche qui pulizia che lascia a desiderare) L’imprevisto non è colpa di nessuno però visto tutti i disagi arrecati (dover sprecare il pomeriggio ad aspettare, vedersi assegnato un appartamento di qualità inferiore, dover rifare le valigie e spostarsi) la struttura avrebbe potuto fare un po’ di sconto, considerato che il prezzo pagato era piuttosto alto

Property was nice and clean, good amenities

The check-in process was terrible. First they send you the check-in link only 1.5 hours prior to your arrival, so once we got there, we spent some time right in front taking pictures of our passports and entering info. Then, we had to wait a few more minutes until receiving the online deposit link. However, this link did not work as we tried several credit cards. We called reception, and we were forced to walk 20 minutes to their office. Once we got there, we paid by card manually and it worked the first time (meaning their online deposit website was truly not working like we said). The staff was giving us attitude as well the whole time! And I’m just still confused why they couldn’t just take the deposit off the credit card we paid to book.

Muito boa localização.

Sofá-cama é um pouco desconfortável. WC tinha uma fuga de água (os funcionários resolveram o problema logo no dia seguinte).

Location is perfect and Sandra was very helpful and responded quickly. Definitely recommend!

Struttura in ottime condizioni e posizione davvero ottima, l’appartamento ha rispettato le nostre aspettative.
