Die Lage direkt an der Außenalster ist sehr schön. In Europa leider ungewöhnlich (in Japan und Südkorea dagegen Standard) und daher besonders zu loben ist das Vorhandensein von Toilettenduschen. Allein deswegen würde ich das Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Das Personal war sehr freundlicereit.

Die Lage und Zimmerausstattung prinzipiell, aber nicht im Behindertenzimmer

Service freundlich aber inkompetent, wir bekamen ein Behindertenzimmer, das nicht bestellt wurde, das Frühstück unmöglich, ich hatte einen Arzttermin und musste gehen, da innerhalb von 15 min kein Tee auf den Tisch kam. Buffett lieblos, Preise völlig überzogen. Mehr Schein als sein. Eine vergessene Computermaus wurde nach etlichen Anrufen für € 16 nachgeschickt.
